The 2026 FIFA World Cup is the largest hospitality and brand activation window of the decade. John Ford Events is producing for the two host cities where it matters most.

The New York / New Jersey region hosts 8 matches at MetLife Stadium — including the Final on July 19, 2026. Miami hosts 7 matches at Hard Rock Stadium. Both markets are John Ford Events’ home ground.

Why John Ford Events for FIFA 2026

Three things matter when activating around a World Cup match:

  1. Production infrastructure that knows the host city. Permits, venue access, security clearances, vendor relationships — World Cup-grade compliance is not a Google search problem. JFE has deep operational roots in both NYC (Mayor’s Office, Parks Department, DOH) and Miami.
  2. Trilingual execution. The Cup’s audience is global. JFE’s native English, Portuguese, and Spanish team handles fans, talent, vendors, and press in the language they actually speak — critical for activations targeting Brazilian, Latin American, and international audiences.
  3. A real credential. John Ford Events has been engaged through H2 Production on FIFA World Cup coordination.

What we deliver around match day

  • Corporate hospitality suites — premium guest service at MetLife and Hard Rock Stadium, including pre-match programming, in-suite hospitality, and post-match transitions
  • Brand activations — fan zones, sponsor experiences, brand-owned watch parties, on-site sampling, and audience engagement
  • Fan zone production — staging, signage, talent, security, AV, run-of-show, multilingual MCs
  • Watch parties and pop-up activations — secondary venue activation in Manhattan, Astoria, Brooklyn, Brickell, Wynwood, and South Beach
  • Press and media handling — Portuguese and Spanish-language press wrangling, content production support, on-site media coordination
  • Staffing at scale — hosts, brand ambassadors, captains, security personnel, registration staff, set-up and break-down crews — all trained and event-ready

Host city schedule — the windows brands need to book against

MetLife Stadium — New York / New Jersey

8 matches total, including group stage, knockout rounds, and the Final on July 19, 2026. JFE production territory covers Manhattan, Astoria HQ, Brooklyn, Queens, and the New Jersey side of the stadium.

Hard Rock Stadium — Miami

7 matches across group stage and knockout rounds. JFE production territory covers Brickell, Wynwood, South Beach, and the broader Miami-Dade region around the venue.

These two markets account for 15 of the tournament’s match-day windows in the United States — and both are JFE’s primary operating territory.

The booking window is closing

Top-tier brands and agencies are securing hospitality and activation production for the Cup now. Available production blocks for June and July 2026 are limited.

International brands without an execution partner in NYC or Miami need to lock production in Q2 to Q3 2026 at the latest to clear permits, venue rights, talent rosters, and staffing.
